November of 2017

How long have you been in business?
We'll be 10 months old in September! 

What do you make?
We specialize in hand-crafted dessert tables for special occasions, with a dedicated focus to weddings! All of our desserts are vegan, mostly organic + free from artificial colors and additives. 

How did you get your start?
It all started with a love for baking many years ago.  I gained professional experience as a manager at several bakeries, and realized I could turn my passion into my dream job! 


Whats your signature dessert/baked good?
Our most popular items are VEGAN french macarons (only supplier in the New England who makes an egg + dairy free version!) and our signature chocolate chip cookies (we won 1st place in a statewide competition in RI!) 

What is the story behind your business name?
The simple answer is, we believe that all life (human, animal, and plant) should be CELEBRATED. 

What inspires you?
We are inspired by so many talented pastry chefs around the world, who are pushing the boundaries of possibility for vegan desserts!    
What do like to do in your free time?
Hang out at animal sanctuaries, scope out studio locations, and indulge in delicious foods at local restaurants! 

Guilty pleasure?
Eating all the cookie dough before it goes in the oven! 😝

What will you be selling at Baked?
100% Vegan baked goods, including French Macarons, Cookie Dough (yes, just the dough!), cookies, and maybe some surprises!

Working on anything new for the upcoming Baked Festival?
We're working on perfecting a fluffy donut recipe!
