We are partnering with our friends at the Central Square Business Association once again to bring you over 65 local artists, makers, designers, vintage dealers and specialty food vendors. Find the perfect gift, tasty treat or decoration for your home and leave here knowing that Spring and the outdoor market season is just around the corner.

Vendor Selection: 
All vendors are reviewed for accep­tance by New England Open Markets. It is our goal to have a wide vari­ety of prod­ucts that fit the demographic profile of an urban market. We are currently selecting the following types of vendors for the Cabin Fever show:

6’ x 4.5’ (Standard 6ft Table) – $125.00

Upon acceptance you will be sent an email with your reservation and a link to our payment page. Our preferred method of payment is through the Payment Page on our website. All payments are due upon acceptance.

Setup/Booth Assignments:    
On March 10th all accepted vendors will be sent a detailed setup email with load-in times, space assignments and parking instructions. Space assignments are at the sole discretion of NEOM, assignments are non-negotiable. Vendors must be ready for customers by 10:30 a.m. Vendors are responsible supplying and setting up their own displays, booth signage, booth decorations, table and chairs. Vendors are required to remain open for business until closing time. Early breakdowns and departures are strictly forbidden. Vendors are required to clean up their assigned booth areas at the conclusion of each day. All trash must be disposed of properly.

The entire space is generously covered in very bright overhead lighting. We cannot guarantee the usage of electricity to vendors, please plan accordingly.

Aesthetic Guidelines:
All vendors are required to display their booths in a professional manner:

  • Your must display your Business Name/Logo at your table

  • Additional stock and boxes must be kept hidden under your display

  • Rented space must be kept tidy during operating hours, your goods/displays must not extend outside of your 6x4.5 area

Cancellation Policy:
We do not offer credits or refunds of any kind. Once you cancel, you forfeit your fee and spot in the market. Vendors are not permitted to sell or trade your space.

Code of Conduct:
In order to ensure the quality and enjoyment of the market and to promote a safe and positive atmosphere, all vendors involved with the market shall abide by the following Code of Conduct.

  • All persons shall act with respect toward other persons, their privacy and safety.

  • Physical or verbal abuse to fellow vendors, costumers or market management of any kind will not be tolerated.

  • All persons shall treat public and private property and equipment with respect.

Please report any activity that is deemed inappropriate to our on-site managers. Any violation of the Code of Conduct by a vendor will result in the immediate removal from the markets without refund. NE Open Markets owners, landlords, man­agers and pro­mot­ers reserve the right to restrict or ter­mi­nate any vendor’s activ­ity which, in their opin­ion, is disruptive, slanderous, inap­pro­pri­ate or is detri­men­tal to the qual­ity of the event as a whole. In the event of any restric­tions or evic­tions, NE Open Markets and its affil­i­ates will not be liable for any refund of rental or other expenses.

NE Open Markets, LLC reserves the right to enforce and/or interpret the Rules and Regulations and make final judgment without exception. Exhibitors agree to comply with show policies, Rules & Regulations as stated herein. NE Open Markets, LLC reserves the right to restrict, modify guidelines or expel without refund any exhibit that it deems undesirable or in non-compliance.

Vendors are recommended to have their own general liability insurance. The producer, vendor, vendor employee is solely responsible for damages resulting from the sale of unsafe or unsound goods, in addition to any accidents occurred while at Cabin Fever. He/she agrees to indemnify and hold harmless NE Open Markets LLC, Central Square Business Association, City of Cambridge, its affiliates, employees, agents from any and all liability, loss or damages which may be incurred as a result of all claims, demands, costs, judgments or expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising from the producer’s participation at the Cabin Fever show.
