2nd Annual Dumpling Festival
SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 23, 2018
Join us Sunday, September 23rd for the 2nd Annual Dumpling Festival! In honor of Joyce Chen, 15 local restaurants and food trucks will be cooking up mouth-watering variations of dumplings. Joyce Chen was credited with popularizing northern-style Chinese cuisine in the United States, coining the name "Peking Raviolis" for potstickers, inventing and holding the patent to the flat bottom wok with handle (also known as a stir fry pan), and developing the first line of bottled Chinese stir fry sauces for the US market.
Last years event was a huge success, over 20,000 customers attended and most restaurants sold out. We are expecting up to 27,000 customers this year's festival. This is an excellent way to get your business in front of thousands of hungry customers. To apply, please fill out the form of the bottom of this page.
