Upon acceptance you will be sent an email with your reserved dates and a link to our Payment Page. All payments are due upon acceptance. Our preferred method of payment is through the Payment Page on the website. Please bookmark this page for fast and easy payments. 

Health and License Requirements for Food Trucks and Specialty Food Vendors:

  1. Food Truck Permit

  2. Serve Safe Documentation

  3. License from certified inspected kitchen/commissary

Please note there are additional Town of Plymouth permitting fees which are the responsibility of the vendor to pay in order to participate. The Plymouth Fire Department will be inspecting and issuing $100.00 permits the morning of the festival to all trucks that require a fire inspection. Additionally, the Plymouth Board of Health requires a one-day temporary health permit for all food vendors, the fee is $25.00.

Setup/Breakdown, Booth Assistance:
A comprehensive setup email will be sent to accepted vendors one week prior to the festival with your space and time assignment. Our staff will be assisting during setup/breakdown, and will be onsite throughout day to address your needs. 

Weather Policy:
The Plymouth Food Truck Festival is a rain or shine festival. By choosing to participate rain or shine, vendors assume all risks associated with adverse weather conditions. No refunds will be granted in case of a weather related cancellation.

Promoter Statement:
The Plymouth Food Truck Festival man­agers and pro­mot­ers reserve the right to restrict or ter­mi­nate any vendor’s activ­ity or remove any prod­uct, which, in their opin­ion, is objec­tion­able or inap­pro­pri­ate or is detri­men­tal to the qual­ity of the event as a whole. In the event of any restric­tions or evic­tions, the Plymouth Food Truck Festival and its affil­i­ates will not be held liable for any refund of rental or other expenses. The Plymouth Food Truck Festival man­agers and pro­mot­ers reserves the right to remove, with­out refund or recourse, any exhibitor who mis­rep­re­sents him­self or his prod­uct. In addi­tion, the pro­moter reserves the right not to select ven­dors who may not be suit­able for the festival. The Plymouth Food Truck Festival reserves the right to amend or add to the applic­a­ble rules per­tain­ing to and gov­ern­ing the Plymouth Food Truck Festival at any time dur­ing and before the oper­at­ing sea­son without notice. The inter­pre­ta­tion of all the rules by the pro­mot­ers shall be final.
