Health and License Requirements for Food Trucks and Specialty Food Vendors:

License from certified inspected kitchen/commissary
Please note there are additional Town of Plymouth permitting fees which are the responsibility of the vendor to pay in order to participate. The Plymouth Fire Department will be inspecting and issuing $100.00 permits the morning of the festival to all trucks that require a fire inspection. Additionally, the Plymouth Board of Health requires a one-day temporary health permit for all food vendors, the fee is $25.00.
Setup/Breakdown, Booth Assistance:
A comprehensive setup email will be sent to accepted vendors one week prior to the festival with your space and time assignment. Our staff will be assisting during setup/breakdown, and will be onsite throughout day to address your needs.
The Plymouth Food Truck Festival is a rain or shine festival. By choosing to participate rain or shine, vendors assume all risks associated with adverse weather conditions. No refunds will be granted in case of a weather related cancellation.
The Plymouth Food Truck Festival managers and promoters reserve the right to restrict or terminate any vendor’s activity or remove any product, which, in their opinion, is objectionable or inappropriate or is detrimental to the quality of the event as a whole. In the event of any restrictions or evictions, the Plymouth Food Truck Festival and its affiliates will not be held liable for any refund of rental or other expenses. The Plymouth Food Truck Festival managers and promoters reserves the right to remove, without refund or recourse, any exhibitor who misrepresents himself or his product. In addition, the promoter reserves the right not to select vendors who may not be suitable for the festival. The Plymouth Food Truck Festival reserves the right to amend or add to the applicable rules pertaining to and governing the Plymouth Food Truck Festival at any time during and before the operating season without notice. The interpretation of all the rules by the promoters shall be final.
