Ward's Berry Farm · Sharon, MA
Field DayThe Fall Edition
Sunday, September 27, 2026 · 10 AM – 4 PM · Free Admission
The first Field Day was everything we hoped it would be — so we're doing it again, this time in the best light of the year.
When we brought the market out to Ward's Berry Farm in June, it worked. Open fields, a great crowd, strong sales, and the kind of easy, unhurried day that reminded everyone why they started doing this in the first place. Vendors asked us before the tents came down whether we'd be back.
We are. Field Day returns Sunday, September 27 for a special one-day fall market — sunflowers and dahlias still going, the orchard turning, and shoppers out for the first real weekend of sweater weather. Makers, artists, designers, and vintage dealers across the farm grounds, with food trucks and the beer garden running all day.
Spots are limited and this one is curated tightly. If Field Day is your kind of day, apply below.

Who We're Looking For
Makers
Handmade goods produced by the person selling them — ceramics, textiles, jewelry, woodwork, candles, apothecary.
Artists & Designers
Original work — painting, print, illustration, photography, and design-led product.
Vintage & Antique
Curated vintage clothing, home, and antiques. Tell us your era and your point of view.
Local Food
Packaged and specialty food producers. All required permits are the vendor's responsibility.
Food Trucks
A small number of trucks, selected for variety alongside the farm's own kitchen.
Farm & Flowers
Growers, florals, dried arrangements, and plants — a natural fit for this one.
Setup & Booth Assignments
Approximately one week before the market, all accepted vendors will receive a detailed setup email with load-in times, space assignments, and parking instructions. Space assignments are made at the sole discretion of NEOM and are non-negotiable.
Vendors must be fully set up and ready for customers by 9:45 AM. This is a working farm — vehicles follow the marked route for unloading and must be moved to vendor parking before the market opens. No vehicle movement on the field during market hours.
All booths are 10′ wide × 10′ deep. Vendors supply their own tent, tables, displays, and booth signage. Tent weights are required — a minimum of 25 lbs per leg, no exceptions. The field is open and the wind picks up in the afternoon. Staking into the field is not permitted.
Vendors are required to remain open until closing. Early breakdown and early departure are strictly forbidden. Clean your assigned space at the end of the day and take your trash with you — this is a farm, and we leave it the way we found it.
Booth & Aesthetic Guidelines
- Display your business name or logo clearly at your booth.
- Keep extra stock and boxes hidden under your display.
- Goods and displays must stay within your 10′ × 10′ footprint.
- Keep your space tidy throughout the day.
- Electricity and Wi-Fi are not available. Bring a battery pack for card readers and plan for offline sales.
- Sell only the items described in your application. Adding unapproved categories on site is grounds for removal.
Weather: Field Day is a rain-or-shine market. In the event of dangerous weather, NEOM will announce a postponement to the rain date by 6 PM the evening before.
Cancellation & Liability
Cancellation: We do not offer credits or refunds of any kind for Field Day. Once you cancel you forfeit your fee and your spot in the market. Vendors may not sell, sublet, or trade their space.
Indemnification: Vendors are strongly encouraged to carry their own general liability insurance. The vendor is solely responsible for damages resulting from the sale of unsafe or unsound goods, as well as any accident occurring at Field Day. NEOM and Ward's Berry Farm assume no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
